COMMITMENT TO OUR COMMUNITY
Our
volunteers are committed to providing quality patient care with true
compassion. The Department was established in 1962, was originally
incorporated as Walden Volunteer Ambulance Corps, part of the Hudson
Valley region of New York.

We are centrally
located at 22 South Montgomery Street, Walden. In order to serve
the rapidly growing community, we have a sub station at Scott's
Corners, Rt 208, Montgomery.
The Town of Montgomery Ambulance
Corps voluntarily services the communities of Montgomery, Walden,
Maybrook, Coldenham and portions of Hamptonburg with emergency medical
services as a totally volunteer-driven organization. We rely on the
members of our community as active members and volunteers. |
OUTSTANDING SERVICE and PERSONNEL
We strive everyday to provide
exceptional emergency medical service to the community; training to our
personnel; and have a commitment to exploring, evaluating, and being on the
forefront of the latest technology.
Each position has formal training,
and it is mentored by qualified and experienced members. We are a
Basic Life Support Agency. Our Emergency Medical Technicians provide
care with assistance from CPR and first aid trained Junior Corps and
adult Crew members. Our agency responds to over 1,800 calls per year.
